The same goes for hotel bookings. Hotels are gearing up to promote their properties. And the related loyalty schemes are making sure that guests keep on choosing their brands.
Digital Alchemy has been busy in this space with hotel chains and loyalty schemes. It is a complicated area for data, analytics and guest contact:
- Data may belong to different hotels; this affects consent.
